These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the user) and 25h2 in connection with your use of our website, mobile application, and all services provided through our platform. These terms apply to all users without exception, including visitors without a registered account.
By accessing the 25h2 platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration or use;
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- You are using this platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation;

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date. 25h2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Accounts registered using false information or another person's details will be permanently terminated and all account balances may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. 25h2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
You are required to:
- Use a strong and unique password;
- Share your login credentials with anyone;
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices;
- Report any unauthorised access to the 25h2 support team immediately.
We recommend changing your password regularly as an added security measure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 25h2 platform users agree to comply with the following rules when using our services. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure.
Permitted Activities

- Contacting customer support for any enquiries;
- Accessing your account across multiple personal devices;
- Getting information on current promotions and offers.
Prohibited Activities
- Use automated software, bots or third-party tools to access the platform;

- Engage in any form of fraud, forgery or system manipulation;
- Use another person's account or allow others to use your account;

Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the 25h2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and the use of account credits.
Deposits & Account Top-Ups
You may deposit funds into your 25h2 account using supported local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets and other methods listed on the platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may change without prior notice.
All deposits are final once confirmed. 25h2 will not process reversals for deposits that have been successfully credited to an account. If you believe an error has occurred in your transaction, please contact customer support within 48 hours of the transaction time.
Withdrawal & Processing Terms
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the same user's name. 25h2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the receiving banking institution. 25h2 reserves the right to delay or place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account information saved in their profile is accurate and up to date. 25h2 is not liable for any withdrawal delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.
Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy
25h2 Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 25h2 and its affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues;
- Transaction processing delays that are beyond the platform's control;
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that are not caused by our negligence;
- Any losses arising from game outcomes generated by a correctly functioning RNG system.
Account Suspension & Closure
25h2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions;
- Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or system manipulation;
- Failure to submit required identity verification documents;
- Requests from relevant authorities.
In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited. In the event of closure at the user's own request with no violations involved, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of a review.
Intellectual Property, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 25h2 platform — including logos, text, interface designs, graphics, software and source code — is the exclusive property of 25h2 or licensed to us by the respective rights holders. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 25h2.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Amendments to These Terms
25h2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published to the platform.
We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or email to their registered address, though we are under no legal obligation to do so.
It is the user's responsibility to review the most current terms at any time. The date of the last revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process or, where necessary, through the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
